The NCEES Participating Organizations Liaison Council (POLC) brings to NCEES the policies and thinking of the board of directors of the participating organizations on all matters pertaining to licensure and legal recognition of engineers and land surveyors, and also serves as a channel of communications of NCEES policies and procedures to participating organizations.
